About Alpha
Try Alpha this summer!
Alpha is a series of conversations about the Christian faith and the meaning of life. It's a place you can come as you are, ask the questions on your mind, explore Christianity at your own pace, and deepen the faith you might already have. It's a chance to slow down a little bit and explore life's deepest questions with others. It all happens in a relaxed environment with good food, great people, and interesting films that unpack core teachings of the Christian faith.
Each week you can expect three things:
Alpha is a series of conversations about the Christian faith and the meaning of life. It's a place you can come as you are, ask the questions on your mind, explore Christianity at your own pace, and deepen the faith you might already have. It's a chance to slow down a little bit and explore life's deepest questions with others. It all happens in a relaxed environment with good food, great people, and interesting films that unpack core teachings of the Christian faith.
Each week you can expect three things:
- Food. Each night you can expect a delicious dinner provided to you free of charge. It's a time we get to just chat about life and get to know the people in a small group setting.
- Film. After we eat, we watch a film that unpacks a topic of faith. Each film lasts 25-30 minutes.
- Friendly conversation. After we watch the film we all discuss the film. We'll engage with the ideas it presented and each person is encouraged to ask their questions and share what they really think.
We finish the night at around 8:30pm.

- ...you're a Christian and you've only ever attended church on Sundays OR you're looking to try something different than your standard "small group"
- ...you're asking questions about faith, God, life, or meaning
- ...you're in a season of difficulty and need hope
- ...you're not a Christian but are open to learning more about what Christians believe
- ...you're new to this church and are wanting to get to know people here
